To specify a sample back shown on the left (if available), just enter the sample letter in the back instructions. If you want the sample as shown with the front, do not specify any sample letter. List any changes to the sample back you would like in the back instructions box.

If you would like a photo included or additional text added to a design, you can request it in the additional instructions box.
